You will be responsible for:
Developing retailing business, formulating and executing sales and marketing plans, preparing management reports
Overseeing sales and operations, establishing sales targets made by the head office.
To develop of operations guideline to ensure proper implementation of standardize brand image.
Recruiting, training and evaluating Retail Sales' and Sales Supervisors' performance.
Stimulates, motivates, and develops employees for future growth.
Driving the Sales Team to achieve Company's business objectives and targets through planning and implementing effective sales strategies.
